Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation
- Reservations can be cancelled without charge if notice is given to The Cara Hotel at least 3 days prior to 3:00 PM (local time) on the arrival date.
- Any online refunds will take 7-14 working days to complete.
Late Cancellation & No-Shows
- Cancellation notice of less than 3 days or a no-show on the arrival date without prior information will incur a charge equivalent to the full stay amount.
Hotel-Initiated Cancellations
- Reservations can be cancelled or modified by The Cara Hotel without prior notice if due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including acts of God, government intervention, explosion, fire, flood, riot, war, civil disturbance, revolution, or embargoes).
- In such cases, affected guests will receive a full refund of any paid fees.
Incorrect Payment Details
- If the provided payment details by the guests are incorrect, The Cara Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
